(Spicy) Chorizo Street Tacos

 

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Pederson’s Chorizo 
• 1 medium red onion diced
• 1 medium tomato diced
• 1 large jalapeno diced 
• 1 handful of cilantro chopped
• ½  lemon squeezed
• 10-12 corn or flour street taco sizes tortillas
• 1-2 Tbsp preferred hot sauce

 

Directions:

1. Cook the chorizo on medium high heat until cooked thoroughly 
2. Dice all vegetables and cilantro
3. Add the vegetables to a serving bowl, squeeze lemon and mix well this will be your pico
4. Heat tortillas with desired method 
5. Fill each tortilla with chorizo 
6. Top with pico and desired amount of hot sauce
7. Enjoy!
