Simple Pan Seared Chops with Glazed Carrots and Cranberries

Ingredients:
2- 4 Pederson's Farms Fresh Pork Chops
Carrots
Cranberries
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Butter 3 tsp
Brown sugar ¼ cup
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
For the Pork Chops
Salt and pepper each side of the chops
Heat your skillet to medium high and add the olive oil let it heat up
Once heated add the chops to the skillet and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side
When they are golden brown and have an internal temp of 135F remove them from the skillet and let them rest for 10 minutes to continue cooking with residual heat eventually reaching 145F
For the Carrots
In a pan melt the butter then add in your sugar stir together well
Add in carrots and cranberries let them simmer on low for 20-25 minutes until desired consistency
