INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cooked butternut squash or sweet potato
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1 pound Pederson's Natural Farms Ground Bison
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/2 cup Paleo compliant ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Add oil to frying pan, and sauté onions, butternut squash, and mushrooms.
In a large bowl, mix bison, onion, butternut squash, almond flour,
egg, ketchup, salt, and garlic pepper together.
Add to loaf pan.
Drizzle top with ketchup.
Bake for 45 minutes, and remove from oven. Drain off all grease.
Serves 3. Double recipe to serve more.
