Mushroom & Caramelized Onions Sliders

1 LB Pederson’s Natural Farms Bison

1 T. Oregano

Salt

Pepper

1 Med. Purple Onion

2 C. Sliced Button Mushrooms

1 PKG Western Grassfed Beef Bone Broth

2 T. Avocado Oil


  1. Mix bison, oregano, salt, & pepper.
  2. Form into slider patties.
  3. Cook patties over Med-Hi heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. While cooking patties, slice onions and mushrooms in thin slices.
  5. Remove burgers, and set aside.
  6. Add oil to skillet, let heat until shimmering.
  7. Add onions and mushrooms, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Add bone broth and bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
  9. Add patties, and cover. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
