Meat Lovers Breakfast Muffins
1 LB Pederson’s Natural Farms Chorizo
1 LB Pederson’s Natural Farms Ham, Diced
- Heat oven to 350º.
- Cook Chorizo, and set aside.
- Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Place muffin tins in a muffin pan, and add 1 TBS of Chorizo and Ham in each tin.
- Add egg mixture until tin is 3/4 full.
- Place muffin pan in oven for 10 minutes, constantly checking to see if they are firm.
- Once firm, remove and enjoy!
