Bison Hamburger Steak


2 LBS Pederson’s Natural Farms Bison


1 TBS Fresh Parsley


1 TBS Oregano


1 Clove of Minced Garlic


1/2 TBS Crushed Red Pepper


Salt


Pepper


Avocado Oil


1 Large Red Onion


2 PKGS of Western Grassfed Beef Beef Bone Broth


  1. Add Bison, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Red Pepper, Salt & Pepper in bowl, and form into patties.
  2. Heat skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Place patties in skillet. Let cook about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. While patties cook, slice onion into long narrow slices.
  3. Once all patties are done cooking, remove from skillet, and let sit. Add onions to hot skillet and caramelize over medium-low heat, covered until soft and brown.
  4. Add in broth to onions, and stir around. Add patties back to skillet with broth and onions. Bring liquid to a boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
