Basa Brussels

RECIPE: Basa Brussels 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Package of Pederson's Kielbasa
  • 20-30 small brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 small yellow onion
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Chop the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut in half
    2. place 1 tbsp EVOO over medium heat and add sprouts let them cook stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes
    3. Next chop onion and add to pan cook 5 min stirring occasionally
    4. Now slice your Kielbasa and add to pan cook all together 5 more minutes
    5. Enjoy!
