Avocado Stuffed Poppers

Ingredients:

• PNF NS Hickory Smoked Bacon (1-3 Pkgs)
• Jalapeno Peppers 5-10 
• Mini Bell Peppers Assorted Colors 5-10 
• Avocados 2-4 

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 400*
• Pit and slice your avocado 
• Cut each pepper in half and deseed 
• Fill each pepper half with an avocado slice
• Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick
• Bake at 400* for about 20 minutes
