3 Simple Steps To A Guilt Free Holiday

The holiday season is upon us and with it comes all of the holiday dinners, parties, and treats.  We want you to be able to enjoy this time of year and have a "guilt free holiday."  Know your food freedom and also know that getting back on track is simple! Enjoy your holiday and then follow these 3 simple steps to getting back on the wagon after the holidays!

Let's put the holiday meals into perspective.  If you eat 3 meals per day, you'll eat 180 meals in November and December.  Lets say you eat 3 holiday meals per month; that's 6 total.  That's only 6 meals out of 180 meals or just 3% of your total meals for the month.   So relax! You're not too far off track!
